Start with the actual business.
Confirm the business name, services, operating area, contact details and customer-facing arrangements. Those facts guide the profile and website. We review any existing listings and the access you can authorise before making changes.
Google Business Profile has eligibility and representation requirements. We check those against how the business operates. A website or mailing address alone does not establish eligibility for a profile. An address should represent the real arrangement it claims to describe.
Give local customers enough detail.
Useful service pages describe the work, coverage, preparation and next step. A visitor should understand whether you serve their area and how to ask about availability. Your contact information should agree across the website and listings you control.
Google describes local results in terms of relevance, distance and prominence. It also recommends complete information, verification and keeping details current. We work on the information within your control and explain the limits of local search.
Keep reviews and evidence honest.
Customer reviews and examples need accurate attribution. Request feedback through an appropriate process and respond professionally. Names, comments and the source of a review should be kept intact when republishing it with the necessary rights.
Photographs should show the work or accurately describe what is pictured. We avoid inventing local branches, team sizes or customer results. The goal is a useful record that a potential customer can inspect and a business can maintain.
Track the route into the business.
Where authorised reports are available, we can review searches, website visits and contact activity over a defined period. A button click does not establish a completed booking. Your response records help explain what happened after the visitor left the page.
An initial review can identify missing information, inconsistent contact details and service-page needs. The proposal then sets the work and review dates. Search positions and customer response cannot be guaranteed.
