01 / A REASON TO PAY ATTENTION

Give the campaign a clear job.

A launch, an offer or a fresh direction. Start with the customer you need to reach and the action the campaign needs to earn.

Discuss this service

Begin with one useful decision.

Tell us what you sell, who buys it and why a customer would choose it now. Bring the actual offer, delivery area, capacity and any dates that matter. A campaign needs a job that the business can fulfil: a consultation request, a product enquiry, a booking or a sale.

We work through that brief with you and turn it into a campaign plan. The plan identifies the audience, the message, the content needed and where the customer should go next. Your team can then see what needs approval, what needs producing and who will answer the enquiries.

Build the plan around real information.

Existing customer questions, search terms, sales conversations and previous campaign records give us a useful starting point. Where accounts are available, we review the data you authorise us to access. Public search research can suggest wording and questions; it cannot tell us your conversion rate or available stock.

We look for a clear connection between the promise in the ad and the information on the destination page. Google includes ad relevance and landing page experience in its Quality Score diagnostics. A readable message and a working response route also make the campaign easier for a customer to use.

Know what will be delivered.

A planning engagement can include the campaign brief, a message outline, suggested content formats, a publishing sequence and a measurement plan. Design, filming, advertising management and website work are included when the proposal names them. Media spend is identified separately.

Your approval is needed for the offer, prices, availability and claims before anything is published. We also agree who supplies photographs, signs off the creative and follows up leads. A launch date is confirmed once those dependencies are understood.

Review the campaign with the business.

Choose the actions that deserve measurement before launch. A submitted enquiry, a completed order and a click on a telephone number need separate labels. Your sales team helps establish which enquiries were suitable and what happened next.

The review looks at the agreed period, spend, response and follow-up. It records changes and unresolved questions. The work starts with a scope and ends with a record you can use for the next decision.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful
answers.

Can you plan a single promotion?

Yes. Describe the offer, dates, audience and available budget. We will scope the planning and production required.

Does the plan include ad spend?

Media spend is separate and requires your approval. The proposal identifies planning, production, management and third-party costs.

Can you promise a number of leads?

We agree the work and measurement. Customer response, competition and platform delivery remain variable.

Bring the question.

Tell us what the business needs. We will work through the next step with you.
