Continue the promise made in the ad.
A visitor arrives with a reason for clicking. The first screen should confirm that the page addresses that reason. Name the service or offer, identify who it is for and show the next step. Keep the language close to how a customer would describe the problem.
We plan the page around the information someone needs to decide. Scope, preparation, service area, evidence and pricing context often belong before the enquiry. Where a price needs a quotation, explain the factors that change it and the information needed to quote.
Design for a real phone and a real question.
Readable type, clear spacing and reliable controls come first. We check the menu, form fields, contact buttons, images and layout across screen sizes. A form asks for what is needed to begin the conversation. Sensitive records and passwords belong in an agreed secure process.
A confirmation should tell the visitor whether the enquiry was accepted and what to expect next. Testing should also cover missing fields, invalid input and the inbox that receives the notification. Design and delivery are both part of the page.
Make the information available to search.
Useful page titles, a logical heading structure, internal links and readable content help explain the business. Google recommends making important information available as text and aligning structured data with what visitors can see. We include those foundations in the scope.
Google states that its established SEO practices also apply to AI features in Search. A technical setup cannot guarantee indexing or a citation. We focus on accurate service information, helpful answers and pages that can be accessed and used.
Plan the handover and care of the site.
The proposal identifies ownership, hosting, source files, account access and the support included after publication. Content changes, new integrations and ongoing maintenance need defined responsibilities. The business should know how an enquiry reaches its team.
For a replacement website, existing addresses and recoverable material are reviewed first. Redirects are used where a genuine replacement exists. We retain a rollback copy and keep a record of what changed.
